feat: clean logos (no watermark), darker richer design

- Navbar: rugmunchmedialllc.png (user-selected, no watermark)
- Hero: gemini_logo_v3_shield.png (clean shield logo)
- Favicon: square crop from shield
- OG image: community_logo_2.png (clean)
- RMI logo: edited circular 'RUG MUNCH INTELLIGENCE' logo
- Darker palette: #050508 base, deeper shadows, richer cards
- Better buttons: glow on hover, active press state
- Glass navbar with 24px blur
- All Gemini watermarks removed
